A-VIBRAS machine workshop is equipped with over forty sets of professional production machinery, including CNC lathes, CNC mills, CNC grinding machines, boring mills and several others. Thus, mass production of axial and shell parts, as well as professional quality control, is aptly completed.

Our professional processing team members all possess sophisticated experience in coil inserting, stator shaping and coil winding, as well as quality controlling of these key procedures. In this way, mass production for motor products is effectively accomplished, and an annual output of motor stator and rotor reaches 60,000 sets.

For our insulation step, a fully automatic insulation blowing machine is introduced, which integrates pre-heating, insulation varnishing and drying in one system.

In order to ensure that key parts of our vibrators, like, vibrator head and rotary shaft, enjoy good heat treatment effects, proper heat treatment equipment is utilized.

After that, automatic cleaning equipment is introduced for the rotary shaft’s dust removal, grease removal and drying.

The automatic grease feeder, designed and developed by A-VIBRAS inhouse is utilized for uniform and stable greasing effect of the flex shafts.

After that, a comprehensive series of testing will be carried out, including water tightness test, noise test, exciting force test, etc., to ensure best-in-class quality and operating efficiency during use.

Some of our components undergo steam cleaning and paint baking before being sent to the assembly workshop.

Besides that, in order to meet diverse manufacturing requirements, like, mixed production, mass production, as well as small size production, four assembly lines are equipped, including driving motor assembly line, internal vibrating motor assembly line, bar bender assembly line, and small road machinery assembly line are equipped in our assembly workshop. All these assembly lines are operated by professional and sophisticated assembly staff, so good assembly quality and a high precision assembly are guaranteed.

In order to provide effective quality control of vibrators’ design and development, production and components, a testing center with many advanced testing equipment was specially built.
